1. Bluetooth connection problem.
Answer:The Bluetooth indicator light flashes regularly when it is working normally.
If there is a problem with the module, you can contact customer service.
2. The phone can be connected but the laptop or desktop cannot be connected.
Answer:If the phone can connect and play music, it means that there is no problem with the Bluetooth power amplifier board. It may be that there is a problem with the computer’s Bluetooth driver. The version is too old or there are missing files. It is recommended that you uninstall it first and then install the latest driver.
3. If the volume is turned up, the sound will freeze, intermittent, and it can be played normally after the sound is turned down.
Answer:Reason 1:Because the power of the power supply is too small, the total output power of this power amplifier board is 30W. It is recommended to choose a voltage of 12V and a current of about 3A when selecting the power supply.
Cause 2:If there is no problem with the power supply, the power of the speaker may be too low, such as outputting 15W, but connecting a 5W speaker, the volume will turn up, and the speaker may freeze, or the speaker may be burned out.
4. There is too much noise when playing music, or there is noise floor when not playing music.
Answer:The role of the power amplifier board is to amplify the signal.The main source of noise is the radio clutter in the environment generated by the power amplifier board. Therefore, as long as it is the power amplifier board, there will be sound. It is recommended that the audio cable should be shielded. It may be that the sound source has noise.
Normal mobile phones and mp3 will not have it. Most of them are on some old front-end boards. They are not compatible with our company’s power amplifier board. You can add audio isolators or coupling capacitor tests to see if they can.
