Features

Precautions
1. The charge pump output resistance is non-regulated, as the output current increases, the voltage will gradually decline, this is a normal phenomenon, be sure to know!
2. Do not reverse the polarity of the input and output, as this may damage the module!
3. Input voltage should not exceed the limit. LM2662 model maximum 5.5V, otherwise burn out!
Module Selection
LM2662 Model:Theory current 200mA, the actual maximum output current up to 400mA, the input voltage 1.5-5.5V. With frequency selection and low input selection.
The charge pump type polarity reversal module adapted to generate a negative voltage reference, the op amp negative power supply and other low current applications.
Pin definition
V +:Positive voltage input;
V-:Negative voltage output terminal;
GND:power ground.
FC sign:LM2662 frequency selection terminal, short circuit 150KHZ, disconnect 20KHZ (ICL7660 invalid), it is strongly recommended that short FC, ultra-low ripple.
LV logo:Low selection terminal, the input voltage is less than 3.5V short circuit, can improve output performance.
