Description
The unwanted fundamental and higher harmonics are suppressed to 33 dB (typ) with respect to the input signal level.
The frequency doubler uses the same diode / balun technology found in Hittite MMIC mixers. The frequency multiplier
is suitable for large-scale applications where the lower frequency multiplier ratio is more economical to generate the
higher frequency directly. Passive Schottky diode doubling techniques do not add measurable additive phase noise
to multiplying signals.
